If you ate rice or pasta/noodles, write down how many cups of pasta you ate. (1 cup is equal to 8 fl. oz)
If you ate a fruit, like an apple, describe if the fruit is as big as a baseball of the size of your fist. If you ate grapes, count how many grapes you ate.
