NHS Tutoring Form
The National Honor Society will begin school-wide tutoring on December 1. To be assigned a tutor, you must complete the Google form and provide all required information. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a text message from your assigned tutor to schedule your session.
Please make sure to provide a cell phone number so you can be contacted. We value the time of our NHS tutors, so it is imperative that you keep all scheduled appointments, especially those during school hours.
